Big Movie Party + Pricing

This movie party option is a crowd pleaser and is great for larger groups (up to 24!) This party does require a minimum guest count to book. Your maximum expected guest count is required at the time of booking and a 50% deposit is used to reserve your event. You are able to have fewer than originally planned, however you may not increase your guest count after your deposit has been received. We order items for parties 3 weeks in advance so adding last minute guests isn’t encouraged. Any guest overage paid upfront in your deposit will be applied to your final balance the day of your event. Please request a tour/consult if you prefer to book in person. Please note: All services are for entertainment purposes only and are NOT performed by licensed professionals.

If you need more than 15 minutes to set up any extras you are bringing, please inquire about additional time charges. If you are dropping off extra items for us to install for you prior to your party please inquire about our set up and take down fees.

ENTERTAINMENT INCLUDES:

  • movie of your choice on our 75” big screen

  • popcorn machine

  • white tents with faux fur rug inside, 2 pillows, 1 blanket

  • individual lanterns for each tent

  • chalkboard for each tent with personalized guest name

  • tray for food, popcorn + candy, plus drink

  • full glam time mid-movie (hair extension, makeup, hair glitter, face gems, tattoos, fingernail polish)

  • photo station with fun filters and links to share with other parents or on social media,

  • welcome birthday child name outdoor chalkboard,

  • dance party and games under disco ball

  • party favors (not provided for siblings unless they were part of your original number)

DECOR INCLUDES:

  • birthday cupcake toppers

  • birthday plates, cups, napkins

  • birthday cake centerpiece for table

  • birthday candle + sparkler

 

PARTY MANAGEMENT INCLUDES:

  • onsite party manager to oversee timing, flow and needs of party

  • staff is one per 3-4 children, depending on your theme

  • set up with decor, food, entertainment, add ons

  • clean up

FOOD INCLUDES:

  • individual candy + popcorn per tent

  • single entree food choice for all , fruit cups, water/juice (hamburger/cheeseburger, personal cheese pizza, chicken tenders, mac+cheese, corn dog bites, grilled cheese, penne pasta),

  • regular size cupcakes for all kids, (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, red velvet, funfetti, chocolate peanut butter, mint chocolate, cinnamon sugar, cookies/cream, s’mores) choose up to 2 flavors

  • please bring drinks + cups for your adult guests, alcohol permitted

ADD ONS:

  • custom cake single tier $295 (feeds up to 25)

  • custom cake double tier $395 (feeds up to 45)

GROUP SIZES:

  • Must be booked for at least 12 children or $1380 if less than

  • Must be 5 years or older

  • Groups with more than 12 may be asked to place two children per tent
