We can't wait to celebrate with you! To ensure every Party Baby celebration runs smoothly, please review our party policies before booking.

Spa Party Guidelines

Polish-Free, Please! For the best spa experience, we recommend that guests arrive with clean fingernails and toenails, free of polish and glitter.
Arriving Late? No worries! We'll happily work late-arriving guests into the spa services in progress. To keep the celebration running on schedule, we cannot restart or extend services for late arrivals.

Please note: All spa services are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals.

Reservations, Deposits & Guest Counts

Securing Your Celebration

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party date, calculated using the maximum number of children you anticipate attending.

We begin preparing your celebration well in advance, including ordering personalized party favors, food, cupcakes, cakes, and specialty items approximately three weeks before your event.

Final Guest Count

Your final guest count is due 48 hours before your party.

Please include the birthday child in your total guest count.
Siblings who attend and participate in party activities must also be included.
Babies and younger toddlers are welcome to accompany their families but must remain with a parent or guardian at all times.
Last-minute additions cannot always be accommodated, as food, cupcakes, and party favors are ordered in advance.
Theme changes are not permitted within 21 days of your celebration.

Last-Minute Guests

We will do our best to accommodate additional guests. However, matching party favors and preordered food may not be available for children added at the last minute.

Additional children are subject to availability and our applicable last-minute guest fees.

No-Shows

We understand that plans sometimes change! For children included in your final confirmed guest count who do not attend, a reduced $50 per-child no-show charge will apply to the first two absent children in place of the regular per-child party price.

Any additional no-shows will be charged at the full contracted per-child party price, as food, staffing, party favors, and supplies have already been arranged based on your confirmed headcount.

The minimum guest charge for your reserved party package always applies, regardless of actual attendance. Any applicable adjustments will be reflected in your final balance.

Payments & Financial Guidelines

Service Fee & Sales Tax

An 18% service fee and applicable 8.25% sales tax will be added to your party charges.

Final Payment

Your remaining party balance, including any additional guests, upgrades, services, or applicable fees, will be charged to the credit card on file at the conclusion of your celebration.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Party deposits are nonrefundable. If your plans change, your deposit may be applied toward a rescheduled celebration, subject to availability and the following conditions:

Rescheduling requests must be received at least four weeks before your event to avoid a $500 administrative fee.
Requests made with less than four weeks' notice are subject to the $500 administrative fee.
If outside entertainment has already been booked, including DJs, princesses, characters, or other performers, you are responsible for the full cost of those services in accordance with the entertainer's cancellation policy.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Please contact us directly if you have a special situation, and we'll be happy to discuss your options.

Decorations, Setup & Additional Services

We love when families add their own personal touches! To help us prepare the space and keep celebrations running on time, the following guidelines apply:

Early Setup: Your party includes up to 15 minutes for setting up personal items. Additional early access, when available and approved in advance, is $25 per 15 minutes.
Décor Setup: If you'd like our team to install decorations or additional items dropped off before your event, a $100 setup fee and $50 takedown fee apply.
Additional Party Assistance: If our team is asked to arrange outside food, assemble additional party favors, or set up extra items brought in on the day of your event, a $75 assistance fee applies.

All additional setup services must be requested and approved in advance.

Cleaning & Property Care

We want everyone to have a wonderful time while keeping Party Baby beautiful for the next celebration!

Parties requiring excessive cleaning beyond normal party use may incur a $100 additional cleaning fee.
Guests are responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing Party Baby property damaged through intentional or careless actions.

Food & Beverage Guidelines

Drinks for Adults

You're welcome to bring nonalcoholic beverages for your adult guests, including water, coffee, and other refreshments. Please provide any cups you may need.

Alcoholic beverages may be purchased through BASH, our adjoining cocktail lounge. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted.

Outside Food

We welcome a small selection of outside food for your adult guests! Because our space and serving areas are limited, we ask that you keep your offerings to one or two small-to-medium serving trays of easy-to-enjoy items.

Some lovely options include:

Tea sandwiches or petite pastries
Fresh fruit skewers
Individual pudding or parfait cups
Coffee and breakfast pastries
Preassembled charcuterie boards

Please keep the following in mind:

All outside food must arrive ready to serve.
Food requiring heating, chafing dishes, or onsite preparation is not permitted.
Charcuterie boards must be fully assembled before arrival.
Please bring plates, utensils, napkins, and serving accessories for adult guests.
Our team is not available to prepare or serve outside food unless assistance has been arranged in advance.

Food Safety & Children's Activities

For the safety and comfort of all guests:

Candy, chewing gum, and lollipops containing gum are not permitted.
Children may not bring outside food, drinks, candy, or snacks into the spa service areas.
If a child has food allergies or special dietary needs, please let us know in advance so we can discuss possible accommodations.

Photos, Videos & Special Memories

We love capturing the magic of a Party Baby celebration!

From time to time, our social media team may attend parties to photograph or film special moments for our social media channels.

If you prefer that your celebration not be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes, please let us know when booking.

When possible, we're also happy to AirDrop photos or videos we capture directly to your phone as a sweet keepsake of your special day!
