All Party Baby celebrations are 2 hours long, minimum 16 kids and start at $129 per child, plus applicable sales tax and an 18% service fee. Please review our packages to fit your party needs. Your maximum invited guest count is required at the time of booking and a 50% deposit is used to reserve your event.

Guest Count & Party Policies

Final Guest Count

Your final guest count must be confirmed 48 hours prior to your event. All party packages require a minimum of 16 children.

Last-Minute Guest Additions

We understand that guest lists can change! Up to two additional children may be added within 7 days of your event at the regular party package price of $129 per child, plus applicable tax and service fee.

Any additional children beyond those first two will incur a $50 last-minute addition fee per child, in addition to the regular per-child party price.

Because we begin ordering and preparing party supplies up to three weeks in advance, we strongly encourage you to finalize your guest list as early as possible.

Party Favors

We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute additions with matching party favors. While we cannot guarantee an exact match to your party theme, every child will leave with a super cute and fun party favor!

No-Shows & Cancellations

We understand that last-minute changes happen! For up to two no-shows, a reduced fee of $50 per child will be charged to help cover pre-arranged staffing and food prepared based on your final headcount. Any food and cupcakes prepared for those children will be packaged for you to take home. Additional no-shows are charged at the regular per-child rate.The minimum guest charge for the reserved party package applies regardless of actual attendance.

Prepaid Guest Overages

Any amounts paid in advance for additional guests will be credited toward your final party balance on the day of your event, subject to the minimum guest count and applicable guest policies.

Tours & Consultations

Prefer to book in person? We'd love to meet you! Please request a tour or consultation to discuss your celebration and create the perfect party.

Please note: All spa services are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not performed by licensed professionals.

Additional Setup & Decorations

We love when you add your own special touches to your celebration!

If you plan to bring decorations or extras that require more than 15 minutes of setup time, please contact us in advance to discuss additional time and associated fees.

If you would like to drop off decorations or other items for our team to install before your party, please inquire about our setup and takedown fees. All arrangements must be approved in advance.

Sales Tax & Service Fee

Applicable sales tax and an 18% service fee will be added to your final party total. These charges will be applied to the credit card on file at the conclusion of your event.

Food & Drinks

Kids' Meals

Every party package includes a Little Matt's meal, a side of fruit, and a drink for each child.

Choose from:

  • Hamburger or cheeseburger

  • Personal cheese pizza

  • Chicken tenders

  • Mac & cheese

  • Corn dog bites

  • Grilled cheese

  • Penne pasta with butter or marinara sauce

Extra Sides: Fries and other available additions may be added for $3 per child.

Birthday Cupcakes

Every child receives a regular-sized birthday cupcake! Choose from chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, or funfetti.

Adult Beverages

Please bring your own non-alcoholic beverages, including water, for adult guests. Don't forget to bring cups!

Ice and an ice bowl are available upon request.

Outside alcohol is not permitted. Wine and champagne may be purchased from BASH.

Outside Food for Adults

Limited outside food for adult guests is welcome. Please limit your selection to one or two small trays of finger foods.

All charcuterie boards must arrive fully assembled and ready to serve.

Combined Friend Birthdays

Celebrating with friends? The more, the merrier!

We recommend a maximum of four birthday children per celebration. If you have a special situation involving more than four, please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Additional Birthday Child Fee: $25 for each birthday child after the first.

This fee does not apply to sibling birthdays.
