Shipping Domestic

Shipping is available via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you after you order has been fulfilled. Normal shipping times are 2-3 days on average.

Shipping International

We do not ship internationally.

Returns

Returns for toys are accepted within 30 days for a full refund. Float Baby services are not available for refund if unused, however you may transfer the current remaining dollar amount to a gift card for someone else. This means, that if you purchased a package and your classes are then at a reduced rate, your remaining value will be the reduced rate on the gift card, not a full value class. All services purchased expire one year from the date of purchase. Formula and Float Baby Skin Care products are not available for return in order to protect the freshness and integrity of the products.
