Party Inclusions

 

Please review our packages to fit your party needs. Go Classic with a traditional birthday vibe (weekdays), add some flare with a Theme, or go big with all the things and pick your own theme in our Ultimate! Some parties do require a minimum guest count to book. Your maximum expected guest count is required at the time of booking and a 50% deposit is used to reserve your event. Your final guest number must be confirmed 24 hours prior to your event. Any no shows the day of your party are charged at $50 per child to cover the cost of pre-arranged staffing and food. We order items for parties 3 weeks in advance so adding last minute guests isn’t encouraged. Any guest overage paid upfront in your deposit will be applied to your final balance the day of your event. Please request a tour/consult if you prefer to book in person. Please note: All spa services are for entertainment purposes only and are NOT performed by licensed professionals.

If you need more than 15 minutes to set up any extras you are bringing, please inquire about additional time charges. If you are dropping off extra items for us to install for you prior to your party please inquire about our set up and take down fees.

Sales tax + 18% gratuity will be added to your total amount and charged to your card on file at the end of your party.

party packages include the following:

PARTY MANAGEMENT

  • onsite party manager to oversee timing, flow and needs of party

  • staff is one per 3-4 children, depending on the age of the children

  • set up with decor, food

  • clean up

FOOD

  • most packages include a single entree; ultimate packages include a half/half entree and ice cream with cupcakes

  • hamburger/cheeseburger, personal cheese pizza, chicken tenders, mac+cheese, corn dog bites, grilled cheese, penne pasta (butter or marinara) and a side of fruit/drink; add ons such as fries are charged at an additional $3 per child

  • regular size cupcakes for all kids, (chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, funfetti, cookies/cream)

  • please bring drinks, including water, for your adult guests, alcohol permitted, remember to bring cups as well. We do have ice + ice bowl upon request

  • limited outside food for adults is permitted; please plan no more than 1-2 small trays that are truly finger food

DECOR

  • theme cupcake toppers,

  • theme table centerpieces,

  • theme food + birthday plates, cups, napkins

  • number balloon

  • most packages include a party favor (craft~ is the party favor)

  • most packages include your child’s name with a birthday graphic on our television

  • a welcome chalkboard with your child’s name is a $75 add on

  • a jumbo balloon with your child’s name on it is a $95 add on
